Another Awesome Breakfast

So I think it's safe to assume that breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day! I love finding quick and easy ways to make breakfast do-able for all. My next one is a tried-and-true recipe that can be made a number of different ways. Feel free to sub out different ingredients depending on your needs. Fortunately, I don't have any allergies so I'm pretty free to experiment how I like.




Don't judge a book by its cover! Though the picture may depict a sloppy mess, I assure you it's as tasty as every and oh so satisfying!


What you'll need for Overnight Oats:

1/4 cup quick oats

1/2 cup of full fat coconut milk

1 tbs. chia seeds

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice

Dash of cinnamon


Extras:

I scoop (1-2 tbs.) of nut butter

1 tsp. of honey/maple syrup

Pumpkin spice/clove/nutmeg


Simply combine all the ingredients together in bowl of your choice. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, sprinkle more cinnamon over top and add your scoop of nut butter, or honey, or whatever extras you prefer!
