My Story

 

Hi, I'm Ashley! Welcome to my website. I'm so happy you dropped in.

Before I became a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, I have always had a desire to help people achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Growing up, I had many family members suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and every form of cancer imaginable. It was then that I knew I had to change something about the way I lived my life. Not just for myself, but for my future children as well.

 

Throughout the years, I studied every piece of information I could get my hands on. Everything from magazines to text books and everything in between. However, like most young girls, I didn’t fully understand how to apply that information, which lead to some very unhealthy eating patterns and workout behavior. By the time I reached college, I knew that I needed to take matters into my own hands. I decided to study exercise physiology and obtained my Bachelors Degree in 2010 from Central Michigan University. From that point on, I worked in almost every healthcare and fitness setting imaginable learning as much as I could about the body and how greatly a proper diet and workout regimen can impact a person’s quality of life.

I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life. Single mother’s/father’s, business executives, stay-at-home moms, college students, retirees- you name it, I’ve worked with them! My primary goal is to educate people on how to live their best life possible! Everyone is different and requires different needs to achieve the proper balance they’re looking for. I’ll strive to not only coach you through the ups and downs of the process, but also strategize ways of making the process less stressful and more fun. Results are not linear! If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. Having accountability will be key to achieving the results you are looking for.
